General
• Read this ToS before requesting a commission. Request for a commission through the linked form on my Carrd front page, and I will get back to you ASAP if my commissions are open at the time. Initially, I will give you an estimate when I can start working on your commission.
• When my commissions are closed, filling in the form gets you a spot on the waitlist. I'll get to you when I'm available.
• Prices are in euros (€). They're base prices and vary on the final specs of your commission.
• Payment via PAYPAL invoice after you've accepted the initial sketch. You don't need a PayPal account for invoicing, but I need to ask for your email in the commission form.
• I won't continue working before the payment is complete. After that, revisions will cost extra and will be charged before I send you the finished piece. I will show you low resolution WIPs throughout the process.
• No refunds past the sketching phase.
• You'll receive a PNG-file of the work when it's finished (via email). Let me know beforehand if you need it in specific resolution. Generally I work in 3kx3k pixels 300 dpi, and crop as needed.
• The chibi head option is approximately 600x600 pixels in size.
• You may use the art for personal use ONLY. No commercial use allowed. You're NOT allowed to use my work for generative AI. You're NOT allowed to mint/sell my work for NFT.
• I retain the copyright of my work.
• You may not remove my watermark for any purpose.
• Breaching this ToS will result in cancellation of the commission.

Extra Prices and Process
• Simple/flat color background always included. Additional background, depending on complexity and size, is +10-80 € to the base price. Same goes for complicated props.
• Extra character in the same pic is +70% € to the base price.
• Please provide references for design, colors, pose, etc. The more the better! Text is also helpful. Design work/no reference costs extra.
• NO AI PRODUCED REFERENCES.
• It takes me generally 1-4 weeks to finish the commission. Please have patience as I have eye problems that limit the time I can spend drawing.My Rights
I have the right to decline any commission.I do not consent under any circumstances to my art being used for NFTs, crypto-related business, or being used to train any kind of generative AI model.
